We had a lovely holiday in Crete for 8 days and I rented Victoria's flat. Flat is situated on the hill and has sea wiew,everything inside it was the same description on the site.Sea is not far you can walk for 10 minutes and with car about minutes,water is amazing, clearly, lovely!

Victoria waited for us personally, explained everything inside/outside and she sent us links about what is nice to visit or to have shopping. She offers her support and she always answers for a question.

All of us recommend Victoria flat ,we spent a lovely time and everything was fine.

We really appreciate her gifts for us and her communication.

My friends and I were a bit worried at first, since we were under the normal age for renting a car on Crete. Victoria however, being the amazing person and host she is offered to go shopping for groceries for us. When we got there the place and its surroundings were beyond our expectations, the beach is breathtaking, the pool is easy to access and great for cooling off and the pool side restaurant is really good as well. The airbnb is just as amazing as its surroundings. It is cozy and really makes you feel at home.

In our opinion it has truly deserved 5 stars.

Last summer we stayed in another villa at Theseus Beach Resort, so we knew what to expect with the resort and facilities, which is why we returned. The restaurant by the pool is family run and is excellent. The staff work really hard and are super friendly. The beach is stunning (though be aware you will need to drive to the beach as the whole resort is on a steep slope). We chose Villa Aerope due to its excellent location one level down from the pool and restaurant (you can walk this easily if you have good mobility). The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hanging chair outside was a nice touch. When the air conditioning unit broke, our hosts Victoria and Giorgios were quick to act, and tried to fix the problem as soon as possible.

It was absolutely the right decision to choose this particular villa. This place is very quiet and cozy and with a magnificent panorama of the sea. Owner Victoria is very kind and always ready to help. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy, has everything you need for living. We felt like we were at home. If we go to Crete again, definitely will stop here.

This property it’s the real heaven where you want to be for a memorable vacation!

Amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea and Heraklion city, even from the living room and bedroom. A real luxury property with nothing missing. A huge living room and a giant terrace for exclusive use exactly like in the photos. We’ve seen the Euro 2024 matches on the terrace, an impressive sensation. Victoria and her husband are extremely warm and kind hosts. The Theseus beach is fantastic as well the restaurant from the complex with very good food prepared by Mama Jana and excellent service done by Valia and big boss.

Too luxurious and opulent 🤑😉 nothing modest

We requested early checkin and late checkout and were granted. This made things very easy for us. The place is a perfect getaway outside the busy city of Heraklion.

I only wished there was a view of the sea from inside the place which there wasn’t because of the obstruction of a while a wall.

Overall a clean place. Enjoyed the food kept in the place as a welcome amenity that allowed us to not have to go to the grocery store. Thank you.

Aerope Apartment was a great place to stay. The village where the apartment is located was peaceful, with friendly neighbours. The apartment was clean, fresh and well designed. There is plenty of space in it. The beach had great clean water with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

The host was amazing, she even provided us with gifts.

Виктория очень гостеприимная и отзывчивая хозяйка, встретила нас, всегда была на связи и помогла со всеми возникающими вопросами. Апартаменты были очень чистые, новые, светлые с лаконичным дизайном, все продумано до мелочей. Были приятно удивлены, что в апартаменте была сауна, которой мы с удовольствием воспользовались. На кухне было все необходимое для приготовления, но можно было также и пообедать или заказать еду на вынос в таверне у бассейна. Завтрак у себя на балконе или вечерний коктейль с видом на море. Закрытый частный комплекс, и потрясающий пляж, даже когда везде волны, там мы могли наслаждаться тихим морем каждый день. Мы получили массу удовольствия, очень хотелось продлить отдых. Обязательно вернёмся еще.

We enjoyed a few unforgettable days of peace and relaxation with my family at Aerope Apartment. The house was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The hostess, Victoria, was very kind, sweet and so helpful, informing us completely. My kids had a great time at the beach and we enjoyed the quietness of the area's private beach!

We absolutely recommend it!
